Payment Policy: For the convenience of our customers, we accept the following method of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. There is no surcharge for credit card purchases via Hello-Bag. Your account will only be billed at the time of your order. To avoid fraud, our verification department requires you provide us with the exact address as it appears on your credit card statement. Incorrect information may cause a delay and/or denial of processing your order.
Return Policy and Instructions: If any item does not meet with your satisfaction, you may return the item within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and other charges or a product exchange. The item must be returned in new and unused condition to insure full credit. "New and Unused" means that there are no signs of wear on the product, all labels attached, and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. Returns received after thirty (30) days are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
Sale Items: Items offered at more than 25% off the original price can be exchanged for a different size or different item of the same discounted value only.
Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact Customer Service immediately (within 24 hours of delivery). Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 805-770-8002. Please supply your order number from your original confirmation email. We will also need your email address and phone number. Hello-Bag will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact our Customer Service department immediately. Please have your order number available when you contact us. All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund which shall be issued for the purchase price, excluding shipping once Hello-Bag has received and processed your return.
Return Instruction: Simply state whether you would like a credit or an exchange. Mail returns to: Hello-Bag PO BOX 30657, Santa Barbara CA 93130, shipping costs prepaid.. Return freight charges must be covered by the customer. For your protection, we suggest you ensure the package for the full purchase price by a carrier that offers package tracking, such as USPS registered mail, United Parcel Service (UPS), DHL or Federal Express (FedEx). In the case of a product exchange, Hello-Bag will cover the cost to re-ship the item back to the customer. If you choose a refund, we will email you when the credit has been submitted to your credit card. Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for a credit to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
